Yarn

Some textile products require specific characteristics such as low hairiness. With compact system in spinning machine, it's possible to produce low hairiness polyester spun yarn. The benefits of this product are low hairiness and low pilling fabric.

CORE
YARN

This yarn is more commonly called composite yarn, because it has two types of material in a single strand of yarn. The material of core yarn are filament or spandex yarn with sheath cover of spun polyester yarn. Material core with filament creates a stable, regularity, and flexible fabric. Unlike filament yarn, using Spandex as a core creates a stretchy and soft fabric.

Our Regular Polyester Spun Yarn are available in wide count range (Ne 5-60) in order to accomodate applications in knitting or weaving processes.

This yarn is produced with Siro system. It is a combination of two plies roving into one single yarn. Characteristics of the yarn includes excellent regularity, low piling, low hairiness, and good drape when used in making fabric.
